About

About Pack One

Why Pack One exists, how the product approaches Limited study, and the project's data and affiliation boundaries.

A draft decision game, not a tier-list site.

Pack One turns historical Limited draft seats into short, replayable decision games. The core experience is deliberately simple: make a pick or rank a Top 3 before seeing the strong-player consensus, then compare your reasoning with the model and with friends on the exact same pack.

Why build it this way?

Draft advice is often delivered after the fact, when the answer is already visible. Pack One is built around commitment before feedback. That creates a cleaner record of what you actually believed in the moment and makes disagreement more useful.

Independence and attribution

Pack One is an independent project. It uses public 17Lands draft data and card images served by Scryfall. Magic: The Gathering and its card names are property of their respective rights holders. Pack One is not endorsed by or affiliated with Wizards of the Coast, 17Lands, Scryfall, Google, or TCGplayer.

Corrections and feedback

Model, data, accessibility, and product issues can be reported through the public project repository. The goal is to make scoring claims inspectable and keep the difference between modeled consensus and objective truth explicit.
